Voice-overs

I just finished two stressful days of voice-overs. It is very different to interpret in a studio setting instead of a conference. For starters, there is the added stress of being recorded. There is also the positioning in front of the microphone that is crucial to record a clear, crisp voice. Also, with voice-overs, it is preferable to only have one voice for the entire video, so it is exhausting to work several hours alone. Finally, I went into the recording studio without the faintest idea of who the end-client was. I didn’t have any of the scripts in advance, so there was no time to prepare. It was 2 grueling days, but when I hear the final product, it always puts a smile on my face.
