Union conference

I was at a conference for a union representing public employees in Windsor at the end of May. It was a wise choice of city for this union, as it helped boost the economy of a city in dire need of financial help. My colleague and I interpreted for 4 solid days and translated about 6000 words for them. This is by far the most work I have had in a 4-day span since the end of 2009. The up-side was that we found a few nice restaurants. The Bistro on the River was a well-deserved treat at the end of a busy day.
