I am just finishing up a 3-day legal conference and it has been very interesting to explore the legal profession. It was strange timing for the event though, as it interfered with the Winter Olympics opening ceremonies and today is Valentine’s Day. Fortunately, I will be home for dinner, or else I would be in deep trouble. To top things off, I have a last-minute afternoon conference tomorrow evening, which also happens to be Family Day… That’s 2 strikes in 24 hours!
