I just finished a 2-day chicken farmers conference. I had already done the annual Egg Producers conference for the last 3 or 4 years, so I guess the egg came first… I had also done many dairy conferences, and overall, I find that Canada has an excellent behind-the-scenes agricultural infrastructure. Like in most cases, there are flaws, but overall, we are lucky to have such a well-regulated food supply chain.
