Beyond her professional achievements, Melissa is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She organizes community drives and campaigns, volunteers her time, and raises funds for charitable organizations focused on education, healthcare, and supporting survivors of intimate partner violence.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, traveling to new places, and staying active at the gym.
